Each summer growing up in Venezuela, Andreina would travel to the beach with her family, often accompanied by her grandparents. Her grandmother, an exceptional Basque cook, filled the table with fresh fish and Spanish tapas, always cooking enough for anyone who might wander by. Her home was open, generous, and full of shared meals.
